The Loyalty, Bonus and Early Bird draws will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at the STARS Saskatoon base; 2475 Airport Road, Saskatoon SK. The final draw will take place at the STARS Regina base; 2640 Airport Road, Regina, SK. Any person wishing to view the draws may do so by attending at the above location on the draw date(s). 

STARS LOTTERY Instant Win prizes will be drawn prior to the start of ticket sales from the total STARS LOTTERY tickets available at time of licensing. The draw will take place at the STARS Saskatoon base. Only STARS LOTTERY tickets are eligible to win STARS LOTTERY Instant Win Prizes. 

The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning raffle draw numbers shall be determined from the pool of sold raffle ticket numbers. This will include the Instant Win, Loyalty draw, Bonus draw, Early Bird draw, and Final draw. 

STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. June 17, 2026, are eligible to win the STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash Loyalty prizes. 

STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. July 10, 2026, are eligible to win the STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash Bonus prizes. 

STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. July 30, 2026, are eligible to win the STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash Early Bird prizes. 

STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. August 21, 2026, are eligible to win the remaining STARS LOTTERY and STARS Daily Cash prizes. The remaining STARS LOTTERY prizes will be drawn from lowest retail to greatest retail value. The remaining STARS Daily Cash prizes will be drawn in order of the 2026 calendar. After each draw, the winning ticket number is recorded, and the ticket number is eligible for the next draw. 

Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets purchased before 11:59 p.m. August 21, 2026 are eligible to win the Lucky STARS 50/50 prize of 50% of the total 50/50 sales. 

ELIGIBILITY:

The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets in the lottery.  Board members and executive management staff of STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service), employees of Stride Management Corp., and members of their immediate family (a spouse, parent, son, daughter, sister, brother, or the spouse of any of the individuals). 

The age limit for ticket purchasers is 18 years and over. Purchases must be made in the province of Saskatchewan. Sellers are to advise all ticket purchasers not to put the name of any individual on a ticket that is under the age of 18. All winners must meet eligibility criteria as determined by lottery rules and Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA).

STARS LOTTERY PRIZES:

There are 1,630 total prizes to be won with a total retail value including GST & PST of $4,000,626.79, which includes 673 instant win prizes valued at $84,520. Prize values shown are approximate retail values as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. In the event of a price or tax rate change, the value of any prize awarded will not exceed the original advertised price. 

Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winners or STARS are not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time prizes are awarded. Prize values include all applicable taxes. 

STARS reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the published prize is no longer available, upon the approval of SLGA. A complete list of prizes can be found on the lottery website www.starslottery.ca.

All STARS LOTTERY tickets available at the time of licensing will have a chance at an instant win prize. If e-ticket is selected, instructions on how to claim any instant win prizes will be included with the winner’s purchase confirmation email.  If printed tickets are selected, the winner will be contacted with instructions on how to claim any instant win prizes. 

Prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitutes unless otherwise stated. All winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize, with the exception of homes and vehicles.  All grand prize home winners must claim their prize by the advertised possession date. Vehicle winners have a cash-in-lieu of option and must decide their option preference within 90 days of notification. All vehicle winners must take possession of their vehicle no later than 90 days after the final draw. 

All other winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize.  Any costs associated with the delivery of a prize due to distance or unique circumstances will be covered by STARS. Restrictions apply for the following prize(s):  

Travel – All travel prizes are valid for two years from the draw date. Extensions will be granted upon request, and blackout dates may apply. All travel includes return airfare from either Regina or Saskatoon unless otherwise indicated. Winners will have 90 days from the draw date to choose the travel prize or the cash option. Should the winner not make their choice by this date, STARS will make the choice on the winner’s behalf. 

STARS Daily Cash PRIZES:

The cash value of the STARS Daily Cash Lottery prizes will be a total prize value of $400,000, consisting of 40 cash prizes of $10,000 each. There will be two prizes drawn and awarded with the loyalty draw, two prizes drawn and awarded with the Bonus draw, and two prizes drawn and awarded with the Early Bird draw. The final 34 prizes for STARS Daily Cash draw will be drawn on September 3, 2026, and will be awarded daily from September 3 to October 6. 

Lucky STARS 50/50 PRIZE: 

Cash value of the Lucky STARS 50/50 will be 50% of the total ticket sales. The total possible prize value is $2,500,000.

All winners will be notified in writing by STARS and Stride Management Corp. and/or by telephone by a STARS representative. The names of all winners will be posted on the lottery website at starslottery.ca within five business days following the draw. Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information about future lotteries, contact prize winners, and publicize the names of prize winners. Winners consent to the release of their name, city, and ticket number by the licensee. You will never be asked to send money to claim a STARS LOTTERY prize. If you are asked to send a cheque, money order, or payment of any kind to claim your lottery prize, it is a scam. Hang up the phone or delete the email. 

If a winner cannot be located after a period of one year from the draw date, the prize or equivalent cash value will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA. 

In the event of a winning ticket stub having more than one name, STARS will award the prize to the first name listed on the stub. SLGA and STARS are not responsible for resolving any disputes which may arise from different individuals. 

Files are continuously backed up by Stride Management Corp. In the unexpected event of a power failure, SLGA will be notified, and the draw will be postponed and will take place immediately once power has been restored.

Only 1,429,100 STARS LOTTERY tickets will be available for purchase. 

• $65 each, 5-pack for $130, 20-pack for $260, 50-pack for $555, 100-pack for $855, Essentials Pack for $190 (includes 5 – STARS LOTTERY tickets, 5 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets, and 5 – STARS Daily Cash tickets), Plus Pack for $400 (includes 20 – STARS LOTTERY tickets, 20 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets, and 20 – STARS Daily Cash tickets), Premium Pack for $825 (includes 50 – STARS LOTTERY tickets, 50 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets, and 50 – STARS Daily Cash tickets) and the Elite Pack for $1,165 (includes 100 – STARS LOTTERY tickets, 100 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets, and 100 – STARS Daily Cash tickets).

• Each STARS LOTTERY ticket in a 5-pack, 20-pack, 50-pack, 100-pack, Essentials Pack, Plus Pack, Premium Pack or Elite Pack, each Lucky STARS 50/50 ticket in a 5-pack, 20-pack, 50-pack or 100-pack, each STARS Daily Cash ticket in 5-pack, 20-pack, 50-pack or 100-pack must contain the same name and contact information.

Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets may only be ordered in conjunction with your STARS LOTTERY tickets. Only 3,225,806 Lucky STARS 50/50 tickets will be available. 

• $15 each, 5-pack for $30, 20-pack for $70, 50-pack for $135, and 100-pack for $155.

STARS Daily Cash tickets may only be purchased in conjunction with your STARS LOTTERY tickets. Only 1,858,200 STARS Daily Cash tickets will be available. 

• $15 each, 5-pack for $30, 20-pack for $70, 50-pack for $135, and 100-pack for $155.

If a purchased ticket has been entered in any draw, no refund will be issued after the draw has taken place.

Only tickets that have been paid for, and verified as paid for, are eligible for the respective draw(s). STARS LOTTERY is not responsible for any mail-in order forms that are not received at the ticket processing center by the ordering deadline.
