Yes, however you must be physically in Saskatchewan at the time of purchase.

No, there is no tax receipt issued, as Canada Revenue Agency does not deem the purchase of a raffle (lottery) ticket as a donation. All lottery winnings are tax-free.

Lottery winnings are considered a windfall and not taxable in Canada. The winner is responsible for the property tax from the day of possession. For details regarding the sale of grand prize show homes, please consult a real estate or legal professional.

The winner does not have to live in the dream home and it can be sold after taking possession. Please consult a tax professional regarding any tax obligations that may occur from a change in home value at the time of sale.

If a purchased ticket has been entered in any draw, no refund will be issued.

Contest rules prohibit the following people from purchasing tickets:

- Stride Management Corp. staff and any immediate family members

The personal information collected by STARS LOTTERY, Lucky STARS 50/50 and Million STARS Daily Cash will be used to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out lottery information, and contact you about future STARS events and programs. Yes. Gift tickets/packages must have the same name on all tickets. Gifts for different people must each be purchased separately. After choosing the ticket packages you intend to gift, click the gift option and add the giftee's name and contact information. All tickets in the chosen package(s) will be assigned to the giftee. An email address is necessary for the giftee to buy tickets as a gift. You will choose the date to email the tickets to the giftee, and they will arrive on that date as an attachment. For draw deadline eligibility, the date of purchase is used, not the scheduled delivery date of the gifted e-ticket email.

The Loyalty, Bonus, Early Bird, and STARS Daily Cash Loyalty, Bonus, Early Bird draws will be under the supervision of Stride Management Corp. and will take place at the STARS Saskatoon base: 2475 Airport Rd., Saskatoon, SK. The Final, Lucky STARS 50/50 and STARS Daily Cash Final draws will take place at the STARS Regina Base: Mosaic Hangar, 2640 Airport Rd., Regina, SK. The cash value of the Lucky STARS 50/50 prize is 50% of total ticket sales, with a maximum payout of $2.5 million.

All winners will be posted on the STARS LOTTERY website (starslottery.ca) on the day their prize is awarded. Winners will also be contacted by STARS personnel to confirm their win once posted.

Yes, you must purchase a STARS LOTTERY ticket to purchase a Lucky STARS 50/50 ticket(s) or STARS Daily Cash ticket(s).

No, you are not required to pay for shipping or any other fee to claim a prize. If you do receive a call and are asked for payment, please do the following:

• Hang up and document as much information as possible regarding the call.

• Call the Government of Canada Anti-Fraud Centre at

1-888-495-8501 to report the fraud attempt.

All STARS LOTTERY tickets available at the time of licensing will have a chance at an instant win prize. If an email address is provided with your order, your purchase confirmation email will include a link with instructions on how to reveal and claim any Instant Win prizes.

If an email address is not provided, all unclaimed Instant Win winners will receive notice if they have won once the lottery has closed.

Any Instant Win prizes not sold will be redrawn during the final draws from all eligible tickets sold.

The Giftee will be the recipient of the Instant Win chance(s), the Instant Win chance(s) are delivered with the purchase receipt for all that order, since the giftee does not get the receipt, at the end of the campaign, all unclaimed instant winners will receive notice if they are an Instant Win winner.

A full list of STARS LOTTERY and Lucky STARS 50/50 winners will be posted on the STARS LOTTERY website (starslottery.ca) within five days after each applicable draw.

Two STARS Daily Cash winners will be posted within five days of each of the Loyalty, Bonus and Early Bird draws, and the remaining 34 winners will be posted daily from Aug. 20 to Sep. 22.

A STARS representative will attempt to contact all major prize winners by phone. All winners will be notified in writing by mail. If a winner cannot be notified after a period of six months from the draw date, their prize will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority.

STARS LOTTERY ticket purchasers are eligible for all 1,630 prizes provided their purchase was completed before the applicable draw deadline.

The lottery draws will be conducted using an RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The winning lottery draw number shall be determined from the pool of sold lottery ticket numbers.

STARS LOTTERY Saskatchewan runs once per calendar year, typically launching in April and closing in late July/early August.

All Members receive notice approximately 1-2 weeks before their credit card is charged and tickets are allocated. Members can amend their ticket order, credit card, and personal details during this time, if required, as well as cancel their Membership order at any time.

All Members with an eligible email address will receive their tickets electronically within 3-4 business days of their credit card being charged. For all Members without an email address, tickets will be sent within 2-3 weeks via Canada Post upon their credit card being charged.
